What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Price starts at $75.00 an hour, but every event is different and price can vary. It always includes set up and clean up. I will add an extra charge to provide ice, cups or mixers etc. If I have to bring the bar then that is also extra cost. The service does not include alcohol. Sodas,tea and water are not provided by the bar for non alcoholic beverages.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I get hired, I collect a deposit and place it on the calendar, we will consult via phone, text of what will be expected and served at the event, 30 days prior I will contact for confirmation to see if anything has changed etc. I will then keep in contact week by week answering questions and planning for service. One week prior I then prepare with exact menus, drinks, supplies etc for all decisions agreed upon for event. Day of or day before set up bar for event and collect final balance due!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started bartending in college.. as I grew. I kept coming back to the hospitality business. It stuck. it's why I enjoy and feel I do it well!!

I have served almost every type of customer from hole in the wall bars to large corporations to hotels to airlines and airports.. chain restaurants and night clubs!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the bartender is truly experienced and trained. Lots of people say they can bartend and many companies will send anybody to work. Corporate events should pay the higher price and hire more professionals or it will end in disaster. Also check for a Liquor license and liability insurance.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many guests will be attending the event? How many hours of service did I need? What do I I want to serve? Liquor, Beer, Wine Where will the event will be held?
