What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I’m responsible with pricing, and we can always discuss it in person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually contact the clients and set up a free estimate so they can meet us and show around. We discuss the price and see if they want weekly,biweekly or monthly. We suggest our clients to get a deep cleaning for the first time so we can maintain the house after.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working with cleaning all my life. I can do basically do anything but there are something that I choose not work with anymore.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My mother started many years ago and all of us used to help her. I got married and just decided to continue doing what we always did.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have a regular schedule for regular customer, but 2 to 3 times a week we do move out cleaning, pos construction cleaning.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just did this new construction house, the house had lots of white dust from construction. We stayed there for about 5 to 6 hours with 3 people working none stop. We clean the house, cabinets inside and outside ,shelves, windows inside,light fixtures , bathrooms, kitchen counters… the house was about 4000 square feet. The owner was very pleased with the cleaning.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The main thing is the trust. I provide as many references as you want. Me and my wife have been married for 12 years and have 3 kiddos. We only hired people to help us with references and more mature people. The ladies that work for me are mature and trustworthy people, they all have been with us for 3 years plus.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should as simple questions to see how they respond.
