What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is base on rooms, square foot and how long it might take to get done. Knowing visually I can't see anything, I set a price that would be convenient and affordable if I was in their shoes.If it's over price I bring it down after I have a visual of the space and if I'm under price the customer can use their own judgement to pay a little more. But I always try to be fair and also hope my customer is to.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I introduce myself and try my best to make them feel comfortable. I allow them to ask questions, or address any concerns they might have. We do a full walk through when we get there, to get an idea of what we are cleaning. I ask them questions and after that we get started. If we miss a spot because we are human, I want them to feel comfortable telling us before we leave.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I got trained hands on from professional, went to seminars, Read articles, books, such as the The Cleaning Ninja by Courtenay Hartford, Clean My Space by Melissa Maker, YouTube videos, links such as oflifeandlisa.com, Goodhousekeeping.com, clark.com

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up learning from my mom and my uncle. They both had their own cleaning business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work with commercial, residential customers and have had some carpet cleaning projects too. But most importantly I have worked with wonderful customers who make life so much easier and it helps us to do our job right.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had to clean a restaurant and I was very excited about the project. I had an image in my head as to how clean it would look afterwards and it made me excited.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Their ratings and work ethics speaks for themselves. There are many great cleaners on Thumbtack go with your ideal cleaner that you feel will do a great job. If you want home clean we can get it done 100%. I can’t change anything else. My skill is all I have to offer.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When can this work be done? Are supplies included? Do I have to be home when work is completed due to my hectic schedule?
