What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$50 hr / per employee on all 1st cleans 100$ minimum on all new cleaning leads. Set rates available after first cleaning.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our estimates are always FREE! I have a checklist each employee has and will go over the paper with clients, also asking what they would like cleaned if not on the list? We are accommodating and flexible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love to clean and keep busy, since I was 15 I worked with my father doing office cleaning at night, slowly started Residential and now I have grown with 7 +employees and over 4 counties. I invest my all in my company .:::and hire employees who will represent my company in a positive and professional manner. Your happiness and referrals is how I grow my business 😊

We have numerous accounts with landlords and property management companies, Airbnb properties as well as Marajuana dispensaries …. We take pride in disinfecting and cleaning any area !!!!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please make sure they are bonded and insured, AND run background checks periodically (6mo minimum) on all employees, your trust and safety should be #1
