What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We can provide an hourly or Fix estimate! We are very flexible with our customers and we can try to accommodate to their budget! We also have a referral program where they can earn Free Cleaning as well! Our prices are very competitive, we are probably 10% below the average price. Customers can also choose what not to clean and will drastically change the price!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We normally schedule a walk through to make sure wether the client needs or not a initial Deep Cleaning! We proceed to check what are the customer’s requirements! We take notes and then set an affordable price! Our prices will vary depending on recurrence work! We also work with an app that will connect the customers to our work, product inventory, check in and out from the house or business! We can chat over the app and send pictures of special project! We have you covered ;)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Management is important for me because our goal as a leader is to make sure we provide an incredible training program for our employees that will make them extremely qualified for our costumers needs !!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We worked for a different Cleaning company for over 4 years before we wanted to start our own little project!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It took us 8 1/2 hours but it was a house that was closed for over 1 year and full of furniture, the customers was extremely happy and that’s priceless! It’s a total new home after that Cleaning service

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always chat and set up an appointment to talk about more details about what you need done at your house !!! A lot of cleaning companies tend to give you a cheap quote and do not care about people’s needs for their home. We don’t just clean houses, we want to be able to make our costumers happy with our services and love building the trust before we get the job done !!!

Always ask about the difference between an standard cleaning and deep cleaning service ??? Is deep cleaning better than standard cleaning ?? Ask about products .... Schedule in advance...
