Services: cleaning exterior of fridge, stove, cabinets, etc., Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, organizing bedrooms, and removal of trash and recycling. Additional rooms can be added on. Rates are based on the services requested and the size of the home. Deep Cleaning: starts at $140. Includes: all in a typical maintenance cleaning. Plus additional services: cleaning the inside the fridge, inside the oven, inside of cabinets (as needed), moving furniture (as needed), cleaning up after pets (as needed), and additional services upon request. Whether you would like a one-time deep clean before a special event or moving; a bi-monthly cleaning service routine; or a once-a-month service to assist with your own cleaning regimen, Morais Cleaning would like to be of service.

Our typical process is to contact the interested client via text or telephone to assess their needs and desired cleaning goals. We then coordinate a good time to have our owner Erik Moraes visit the home, or place of business, to provide a free estimate. Erik brings a list of services included in a typical cleaning and allows the client to add or subtract things from the list of services so that we may best meet their needs. We will discuss the typical cleaning products we use and the client may select to have us use our products or provide their own prefered cleaning products. Erik will then write up an estimate. The client is welcome to accept the estimate at that time and schedule their first service. Or, take time to consider our services and pricing and contact us when they are ready.

Our education and training are based on real world experience. Our owner has three years of cleaning within Connecticut as do his crew. He has cleaned big box stores such as Lowe's and H&M. He has cleaned for nationwide companies such as UPS and Ben & Jerry's. And has experience with grocery stores such as Stop & Shop and Big Y. Morais Cleaning has private local clients on the Connecticut Shoreline. We are looking to expand our private local clientelle in order to focus our time and efforts more efficiently so that we may prioritize our family.

Erik has always liked cleaning. Many members of his family are in this business. He first started with grocery stores. While a great job and quite fulfilling, grocery stores often require over night hours. Morais cleaning is trying to expand local clientelle with house cleaning in order to provide a personalized service, that provide more daytime workflow and allow for night time hours to be dedicated to family.
