What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not charge by the hour. Our prices are based on the size of the house and what type of cleaning is needed. We do our best to work within the client’s budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is to see the clients house to have an idea of the size of the house and the type of cleaning that is required. We offer both a deep clean and regular cleaning. It just depends on the condition of the house. That’s why we prefer to set up a time to see the house so we can give the client a fair price.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of our clients are residential customers but we have worked with commercial cleaning too.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To look for a professional that is trustworthy, has a good work ethic and fair prices for their work.
