What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very competitve in our pricing and charge a fair price for the amount of in-depth cleaning we provide.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically like to meet the client and perform a walk-through of the home before giving an estimate. A "one size fits all" approach isnt realistic or in the best interest of the client or service provider. However. this isn’t always doable so we can do online estimates (esp. during COVID).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All our housekeepers go through Maid University where they receive extensive training and certification in our 52 point cleaning process. They then go through 8 weeks on-the-job training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Found it hard to find someone that I trusted, cleaned to my expectations, and was reliable and consistent. Little things would always be left undone or not done well enough, so I felt like I was wasting my money and their time.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently cleaned a large home for a family with several children. The mom had recently just had her youngest child and was discouraged that she didnt have the time or effort to deep clean her house in anticipation of out of town company. The satisfaction and excitement on her face when we finished deep-cleaning was priceless, and we now clean her house on a weekly basis.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you book a company that is licensed, bonded, insured, and truly takes pride in what they do.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is your end goal? An extremely clean house, more family time, more "me" time? Decide your goal then ensure you get a cleaner that will support these goals.
