$45 per hour plus tax with a 3 hour minimum. You're in control of the time and duties.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask the potential client their approx. sq. ft., number of bathrooms, number of pets and people living in the home, if it's a move-out cleaning, etc. and then give them an estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Started this business in my early 20's and am still running it and managing cleaners and clients 30 years later!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a teenager I cleaned homes, offices and new construction. At age 21 I started the business cleaning homes myself and soon began hiring and managing cleaners.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We clean homes on a recurring, regular basis, plus we have many occasional clients who call as needed. We also have one-time, deep cleaning clients for a specific reason or event. We often perform cleaning services for move-outs, Airbnb, small offices, etc. We do it all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love meeting people's pets, that is one of the great perks!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are insured and bonded. That they have been in business for some time. Reviews. (Fairly new to Thumbtack so do not have many reviews on here BUT I do have over 600 verified, excellent reviews on 2 other sites.)

Are you insured and bonded? How many years in business? How many people will be in my home? Are there any additional fees? How many verified reviews?
