I give 10. Off for referral, I give discounts with bi- weekly and monthly cleans. I'm competitive but understand the times we're living in.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ask them what are their needs and explain what comes with the service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I find myself cleaning everywhere I work or go. I love to see things clean, so I thought why not spread the love and get paid for it?

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types from young people to mature. All deserve the same type of respect and passion.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I enjoy organization. I love taking things apart and making them neat and beautiful. I once took a simple pantry and made a masterpiece. It was mine so it took me about a week, between finding the right baskets and storage bowls.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Explain what service you want. We come in to clean, but everyone has that special thing that bothers them. That's what I want to know so I can make the client happy.
