Charge by the hour with a 2 hour minimum. Discounts for first time clients

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After the phone or text conversation we schedule a walk through analysis. During the walk through analysis I can provide my COI and go over all details of the requested job to provide a quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All cleaners have been cleaning for several years and have extensive experience with cleaning compounds.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with residential and commercial clients which include, post construction, office buildings, move in and move out and special events and Airbnb (short term rental turnovers)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

An Airbnb cleaning where the guest had a celebration. The property was scheduled for another guest in 24 hours leaving a short window for the cleaning turnaround. The cleaning was completed professionally with time to spare for the new guest arrival.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheapest is not always the best option. A professional who is insured and bonded with knowledge of cleaning products is cost effective. Using an uninsured cleaner puts all liability on the one hiring the cleaner.
