Hello! We are Heidi Alvarado and Ángel Hernandez. This is a small summary of what services we can provide for you. We do cleaning services like cleaning houses, offices, apartments, condominiums, and waterhouses offices. For our electricity based jobs that we provide are lighting, exit signs, installing switches, fans, run conduit pipes for electric distribution, 120/240 volt outlets, and 240 volts for EV chargers. We also provide many services like hang up pictures/photos, put up curtains(8-12" standar ceiling) floating shelf decorations, pressure washing services (Driveway, parking, garage), if you need to wash a wall in your house we can do it , exterior window cleaning, I, Ángel Hernandez have worked in an comercial electricity company for 10 years. Meanwhile my wife, Heidi Alvarado has worked in a cleaning company for houses, offices, etc. for 8 years. We have an incredible amount of expirience and what matters the most to us is customer satisfaction. We try to do our best to make sure the customer is satisfied with our job. These are just a couple of examples of prices for our apartment 1bath/1bed. cleaning service: Standard clean- ( Cost $140) Kitchen(outside the fridge, cleaning on top of the stove, clean the outside of cabinets, microwave, countertop.) Bathrooms: Toilet, tub, mirror, sink, outside the cabinet. Sweep, mop, and vacuum the apartment. Deep clean/move out cleaning- ( Cost $230) Includes kitchen: inside and outside the fridge, and cabinets, the oven and the top of the stove, countertop, microwave. Deep clean the entire bathroom, in and outside of the cabinet, the toilet, bathtub, cleaning the mirror,wipe down closet . Wipe down cabinets, the shelves, clean fans, all baseboards we will clean. Sweep, mop, and vacuum the apartment. Window cleaning(Interior max 4 windows) Dust off window blinds ( max 4 blinds) If your apartment was more than 4 windows or window blinds we will have to charge extra. If any of these services arent necesary like for example the window and blind cleaning, we will charge the price to $200. If you need a house cleaned, the price will change based on how big it is, and what kind of services you need.
