What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Quotes can be generated through the website process & we love walking new clients through our process. We can do a phone walkthrough as well, and answer any questions you have - call us to talk.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With over 15 years combined experience, we value attention to detail in our work. We are insured and bonded, and really love to service our clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This type of work came about from background in a military institute, requiring high attention to detail in the cleaning of room, barracks, and the like. The service to others comes from a strong background in the faith, loving Jesus and serving others.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We value clients that value their time and their homes - we are always willing to work with anyone, although those characteristics help the partnership between our company and our clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most projects we service, take anywhere from 2hrs to 5-6hrs. The length of projects, depends on the service type (standard/maintenance, deep clean, move in/out clean), as well as the level of cleanliness of the service location.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Speak with the company, understand their values, and see if they are willing to work with you. Not every client is right for every company - companies that understand this, understand their offering and their ideal client to work with. You don't want to get into any situations where there may be a conflict, and you are unable to resolve it due to incompatibilities. These can be worked out prior to the work & partnership, through a quick phone call discussion.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We always encourage clients to evaluate their time, what they value most, and the priorities in their daily lives. If there are so many activities that you don't carve out any time for cleaning, then there is a good chance you would benefit from our services. Now, if there is time and you do carve out time for cleanings, then maybe a deep clean once every other month would be helpful for you. If you love to clean, and keep your spaces clean, then maybe a collaboration phone call with us would be more helpful than partnering with us for our services.
