Shining Home have standard cleaning costs, deep cleaning costs, and add-on fees are all available. The cost depends on the size, and project of your home. We are more than happy to discuss rates, discounts, fees, etc., so please don’t hesitate to ask us

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After receiving a new/current customer information, a over-the-phone chat/call or face-to-face is usually the next step. This procedure is crucial because I want my clients to have a good understanding of the standards we provide and to be able to answer any question or concern they have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The type of training I have is 5+ years of experience. 3yrs hotel housekeeping and 2yrs office housekeeping.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

my mother worked over 20 years in cleaning services. I always helped her when she didn't have somebody to help her or when she was full of work. after that, I started to like this type of work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve dealt with a variety of clients with different backgrounds, and ethnicities from young to elderly customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t hesitate to ask all the questions you want. You are paying the provider and they should be able to answer your questions before hiring them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long will the project last. Overall project cost. What certain areas require greater attention and what areas you don't want to be touched.
