What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet with you, go over details of what you want done, and any additional services, then we get started!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been running vacation rentals as a 5-star partner with sites for going on 5 years now. I coordinate everything to the smallest details, to ensure the satisfaction of every guest, especially the cleaning. I know how to make a home sparkle!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have partnered with United Service Advisors in order to simply coordinate housekeepers, and then I had the opportunity to take over a housekeeping service. After coordinating vacation rentals housekeeping and services for so many years, knowing frustrations I've had myself with cleaning companies, I took this on knowing I could do it better than anyone else.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Business and residential customers use us for cleaning.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We went into a home with teenage boys to do a standard cleaning. when we finished, the customer said, "You even got the boy smell out of here!!" Mission accomplished!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Pick up the home (organize) so we can get in and do the heavy lifting of cleaning. The more we keep up with our cleaning (weekly/biweekly) the better your home will stay.
