What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer great discounts for weekly and bi weekly cleanings, we charge a flat rate each time so the price doesn’t fluctuate even if it takes a little longer one day. Deep cleanings are charged by hour so everything that needs to be done is completed up to your standards. Monthly cleanings do not have any discount applied just a flat rate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For new customers us as the owners always come with the crew to first time cleanings to make sure everything goes smoothly and to meet the customer. Usually we give an estimate with information provided to us over the phone or through email but we are always willing to come do an in person estimate as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have bachelors degree in behavioral sciences from west Chester university and my husband has degrees in business and marketing. I believe that these have helped make the business as successful as it is.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My husband and I love to work together and enjoy cleaning and helping people. Our goal was to start a successful business and be able to work together each day. We started the cleaning business when we realized how much a clean and organized home can help someone after helping a friend completely turn their house around. We also love interacting and building new relationships with all the customers we’ve been honored to meet and service!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We don’t work with commercial clients and strictly don’t service air b&bs. Our main focus are weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly residential clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a deep clean for a family of 6 the mom was single and desperately needed out help. She needed help with pick up, organization, and getting everything cleaned and back in order. We brought a crew of 4 and spent 5 hours there, by the time we left the house was spotless and the mom was in tears. We now do her house every week and she’s been thrilled with our companies work ever since!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you don’t always look for the cheapest price it might not always be the best. In this industry you tend to get what you pay for and there is a difference between a housekeeper and hiring an official business to come and clean. A housekeeper usually is cheaper but they aren’t licensed and insured. They also don’t have the commitment and dedication of a company. That being said depending on your needs a housekeeper might be the better route.

We’re open to any and all questions but I suggest you know what your looking for and be upfront and honest about it.
