Please feel free to ask if you have any specific items to be cleaned or tasks performed. **Service Areas: Southwest/West Harris County, Fort Bend County, Pearland, Katy. Travel fee may be added for areas not listed above, due to tolls and/or mileage. **Pricing: Initial quoted prices will vary due to square footage. Depending on type, and/or size of job, will determine number of cleaners. Extra charge may be added for additional cleaners request by clients. Interior window cleaning is based on number of windows. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide you with a free quote. We recommend a walk through to provide the most accurate price. But at this time we understand safety and staying healthy is the priority for you and our staff. We take into account sq. footage and condition, so you can provide this information if a walk through is not possible. It will be an affordable, competitive price. We also offer discounts when you chose weekly or bi-weekly service, which starts on your 2nd cleaning. Supplies included in base price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Each home is different. We like to know what your needs are, and what concerns you have about your place. We recommend a walk through to provide the most accurate price. We take into account sq. footage and condition, so you can provide this information if a walk through is not possible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our family has been dedicated to working hard for decades now. Through 3 generations, we will continue to serve the greater Houston area, and take value into what we do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with property managers at commercial properties, retail spaces, medical facilities, and for homeowners and residents for personal home cleaning. As well as with realtors cleaning rental and maintaining "for sale" homes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

During the "check availability" process, if you need a specific day or date for your cleaning needs. Uncheck the box "allow pros to suggest other dates", if not you will not be able to narrow your search. Everyone will pop up in your search, regardless of their true availability, and you may have to start all over again.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I need a standard cleaning or deep cleaning? You could start off by requesting a standard and through our quote process, you can upgrade to a deep cleaning if needed. Standard is a basic cleaning of the bathroom(s) and kitchen. Dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. Also if you haven't had cleaning in over a month/6 weeks it's usually a deeper clean.
