What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I use a flat rate for most projects however pricing can change due to the condition of the property. Roaches, fleas, extent of filth, if PPE suits are needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A non refundable deposit that’s subtracted from the overall quote of the project must be paid prior to scheduling.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been cleaning my whole life. I’ve taught a number of people how to clean as well. From offices, residential, to commercial spaces. I can do it all.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I knew some people who needed help and their encouragement pushed me in this direction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types!!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Depends on the project but average project takes 2-4 days for bigger cleans. Move in/out at 8-10 house for average sized homes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are honest and transparent.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How will they access the property? Will they need a special equipment?
