What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price all cleans off of bedroom/bathroom count and sq. footage of the home. This will give us the best idea for how long the clean will take and what the total cost will be for our customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically book over the phone or ***********************. The booking process takes no longer than 5 minutes. After which, customers receive a booking confirmation with all details of the clean.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All cleaners are licensed and insured to clean in the state of Utah!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to start a business, and noticed how many people told me they hired cleaners but weren't satisfied with the job they were doing. I wanted to meet that market need and provide great service to Utah families by hiring the best cleaners in the state.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with families, Airbnbs, and condominium/apartment groups that need frequent cleans.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently cleaned a large AirBnb in Utah county and needed 4 of our cleaners to finish the job. The host was extremely happy with the job we did and has been inviting us back to clean for her every time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Fully understand what the cleaners process is and what is included in their service. We make sure our customers know exactly what we'll be cleaning and how long to expect. Clarifying these things up front will help find the best providers and receive the best service. .

How often do I need my home to be cleaned? Are there any specific areas that I would like to receive extra time? What have been my complaints in the past with other cleaners?
