What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge a flat rate based on number and types of rooms. We always try to include discounts to get to a price point that is comfortable for you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to discuss the project to make sure the details and expectations are clear. Once those are set we usually have you book through our website through a personal quote link that we can send you! It is pretty seamless and no personal info has to be share this way! We are happy to talk and book over the phone though! I enjoy talking to our wonderful customers!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with great customers! Many are residential who have recurring cleans or move out cleans. But we also have relationships with vacation home owners and do some commercial work as well!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure the rate won't increase once the job starts! We have had new customers who had previously received a quote from us and went with another company but ended up coming back and working with us because the company raised their price when they saw the home! We stick to our original quote and the price is locked in for recurring customers! We won't ever raise it!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think through the time that it will take, especially if paying by the hour. The last thing you need is the cleaning being a burden on you and your time. We give you an estimated time and a flat rate so you know upfront what you are paying, and about how long it will take!
