What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

A lot of our competitors quote prices using the "cost per hour" method and you never really know where you will end up. We quote the price for your cleaning and don't leave until the job is complete and you are 100% satisfied. We discount for all recurring services as we are very grateful for your trust in us. The quote we give you with your first request is based on the details you listed in your request for services. These charges can change based on conditions and accuracy of the details provided ie., extra bathrooms, extra kitchen, conditions etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first evaluate exactly what our new client is looking for to ensure that we fully understand all of their expectations and pet peeves. We can also schedule a FREE on-site estimate with our client if they feel that would make them more comfortable, or we can also create a lot of comfort over the phone as well depending on their preference. Our goal is to ensure that our customers get a completely customized estimate to suit their needs and their budget. When our team arrives at the property the very first time we do a full walk-thru of the home together with the home owner to fully understand and appreciate all expectations and special directions or requests. Once the cleaning services have been completed we ask our client to perform a full walk-thru of their home again to ensure that their expectations were fully met and that they are 100% satisfied with our performance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

C.M.C. Cleaning Master Class, CSS, Customer Service Skills training classes. We are constantly keeping up with all of the latest techniques and chemicals on the market to ensure that we always use the very best and safest equipment and supplies available for all of our employees and clients. All of our staff members are well developed and participate with on-going training with "best practice procedures" and safety training. Our training and education never stops as we always strive to be more efficient with all of our services and our daily tasks:)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a very young woman I have always been extremely neat, clean, and organized. I have always sustained a genuine "passion" for cleaning as long as I can remember. I can honestly say that I truly enjoy cleaning and keeping things looking the very best they possibly can. I am very fortunate and grateful for being able to have built such a fine company around all of my true personal passions. Cleaning makes me very happy and puts a lot of smiles on many faces, our employees and our clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have had the the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people throughout all of our years in the cleaning industry. Our lives have been touched by so many different people and in return we believe we have made a positive impact with many of our clients in different ways even if just making their lives easier and their homes more comfortable:) We are very grateful for the wonderful experiences, encounters, and relationships we have developed over the years with our clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our recent projects that we are very proud of was cleaning new homes that were to be in the "Parade of Homes" This project took a lot of planning and a lot of time and energy to get a brand newly built mansion from a construction mess to a pristine, spotless, camera ready "Parade of Homes" level of cleanliness. The homes that we prepared were as large as 14,000 square feet. Each home would take our entire company teams several days to prepare. This was a very rewarding and gratifying experience for us that we were very proud of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You cant just let anyone in your home, you need to take a few very important and critical precautions prior to letting a cleaning company roam throughout your most valuable possession, your home and your sanctuary. Do some homework, do some credibility and background check work on anyone you are considering to let in your home. Many cleaning companies are "shoe string" start ups that come and go on a weekly basis. Insist on a company that is serious about your protection! Make sure they are fully licensed, insured and bonded. If your choice of cleaners do not have full insurance for your protection in your home and on your property then "PASS" The risks you would take will never match the price of a discount cleaning.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The first thing is to narrow your choices to only those who are fully licensed, insured, and bonded before you ever invite them to your home. Then you can verify their history and credibility that you can validate and count on. After getting past that then some important questions would be to ask what kind of equipment will be used, what kinds of chemicals are going to be used in your home. What kind of procedures will be used for fragile and sensitive areas to be cleaned such as chandeliers, marble floors, hardwood etc. We have seen numerous costly mistakes that have been made by prior cleaning companies that have damaged our clients homes. Interview your candidates at least on the phone to ensure that you feel good about trusting who you will let in your home:) We hope it's us you choose!
