We charge a client depending on the square footage of their home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we give them a call to understand their cleaning needs. Next we set up a free estimate walk through of the home or building to understand exactly what is needed. This includes feedback from the client on what special needs they might have. If agreeable, we set up a cleaning for their home or commercial building based on their needs and availability.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Fifteen years of experience in the field of cleaning that has prepared us to handle all sorts of commercial and residential cleanings.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started as a small business first focusing on post construction cleanings found in the blue book along with contracting for professional army buildings. This lead to many referrals for weekly home cleaning. Our company grew over the next fifteen years to provide a variety of different level cleanings throughout DC, MD, and VA.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have had contracts with many commercial buildings including army basis, government offices, and post construction residences. We have also worked we families who want regular weekly, biweekly, and monthly home cleanings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our company is especially fond of a specific complex contract that we had done in the past. We were contracted to clean 255 separate condominiums and townhouses in Alexandra VA. This was all post construction and we left the customer highly satisfied with the cleaning.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the cleaners are very thorough and detailed in their job. Also to make sure that they are trustworthy as this company is being given a key to your home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long will the cleaning take? How often would it be appropriate for your team to come? Customers should also think about if they have any special needs for their homes. Many times we get customers that want specific chemicals used or specific appliances to be given extra attention.
