What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Simple. After you have booked with me, expect a call to both confirm your appointment and your goals for your house cleaning. The first call will be short but will help me to get familiar with you so that I can learn how to best serve you and exceed your expectations.

Check out their website. So many companies have old, poorly designed websites and make it really hard for you to book them for a cleaning. You're trying to give them money and they don't want to tell you the price until you call them, or they have someone visit first. See how easy they make the whole process for you. If they make it super easy then the chances are they're a good company and care about not causing stress for you.
