There is no fees or extra charges for how long the cleaning takes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always introduce myself and my team to the customer. I always ask if they have any special requests besides what the normal cleaning provides. Always make sure the customer feels comfortable with the process of servicing their home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Before I branched out into my own company I used to work for 3 different cleaning companies. I was trained for each one and was able to learn what I needed to know in order to succeed at what I do and make customers happy.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There have been many of them, however theres one that stands out of recently; I was servicing a home for a family while they were out of town. This was a first time cleaning. The house needed a lot of cleaning. It took about 6 hours to finish the whole house but the end result was definitely worth it. The kids were so happy to see how beautiful and clean their looked. Seeing them so thankful made my day so much better.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say to them to ask as many questions as possible. Always make sure you go with a team you feel confident will do an excellent job and someone you’re comfortable with.
