First Visit β Deep Cleaning: We usually recommend a detailed Deep Cleaning for the first appointment to reset the home.
Scheduling: Once the client approves the quote, we confirm the best day and time.
Consistent Service: For recurring clients, we follow a consistent schedule and checklist to maintain a spotless home.
Client Communication: We stay in touch before and after each cleaning to ensure satisfaction and trust.

We started Prime Cleaning House as a family business after realizing how much we love creating clean, organized, and welcoming spaces for others.
With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, we began offering services to neighbors and friends β and thanks to their referrals and trust, our business grew quickly.
What began as a small idea turned into a passion: helping families enjoy their homes without the stress of cleaning. Today, we proudly serve the Mill Creek area with quality, consistency, and care.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent project we truly loved was a move-out cleaning for a young couple leaving their first apartment in Bothell. The place had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and needed a full deep clean, including the fridge, oven, baseboards, and interior cabinets.
Our team of two spent about 5 hours making everything spotless β and the clients were so happy and grateful, especially because they were hoping to get their full deposit back.
It was one of those moments that reminded us why we love what we do: helping people close one chapter and start the next with peace of mind and a clean home. π
