We work with regular cleaning (weekly, biweekly, monthly), deep cleaning, move in / move out cleaning. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The client informs the platform in advance of his need, as soon as we receive the information, we get in touch to align the service and values, our prices are pre-established and tabulated depending on the type of cleaning, size of the house and desired extra services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New customers need to know that we will contact you before the cleaning to notify you of the cleaner's arrival and align cleaning details, after the service we will contact you for service feedback and also to send payment information. Our cleaners take all the material and products necessary for cleaning, our customers don't have to worry about anything. We work with 3 types of cleaning: regular/basic, deep, move in/move out. In the case of standard cleaning, we always recommend that you do a deep cleaning of the house first (if you have never done professional cleaning) to better meet your expectations as it is a more complete service, then follow with standard cleanings.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We follow a standard of cleanliness and quality, when our cleaners start, they receive training and feedback on a daily basis to always maintain excellence in performance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our family has always worked with customer service, we are pleased to serve and serve the best. We identified a business opportunity and over time we expanded our cleaning services to other areas of the business, such as carpet and upholstery washing, external area cleaning with pressure washer and car detailing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers, commercial, Airbnb, post construction, regular/recurring, move in/move out, car detailing, referrals, cleaning for open houses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We do not have the option of cleaning service by time, we believe that we need to deliver the complete service requested, the service can take from 1 hour to 3 days as it has happened to us.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I suggest looking for a history of cleanings carried out by the company. The company needs to have Seriousness and responsibility with its customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We work with estimates of values before arriving at the place to start the service, it is important for the client to inform about the conditions of the place at the time of contact with the company, we also receive photos for prior evaluation. If the information differs from what was informed to us, before the cleaners start the service, the customer will be consulted about the new price estimate for approval.
