Introduction

šŸŽ‰ šŸŽ‰ PLEASE NOTE!!! : my availability is Saturday & Sunday - currently looking to add a few regular clients. Also, please ONLY REQUEST if willing to respond and discuss services as I am charged a lot for a direct lead. Thank you! āļøāļø About me: I am a super detail oriented person that loves to clean! I have worked in the dental field for 30+ years so I know the importance of a clean space. I use chemical free, eco friendly products as much as possible. You will not be disappointed in my service, I am very thorough and reliable and will not leave until the job is done to your satisfaction. 🧼 I bring all of my own equipment and mostly plant based cleaners. šŸ’” I will answer 2 most asked questions to help with choosing my service. 1) ā€œhow much do you chargeā€: I charge a flat rate from $150-300 depending on size of house and number of bathrooms. Typical 2 bed 1-2 bath house is $150, 3 bed 2-3 bath $175, 4 bed 3 bath $200- each additional bathroom is $25. Price all depends on scope of work and square footage. If the monthly cleaning is considered a deeper cleaning (more than a routine cleaning) rate may be more. 2) ā€œwhat all is includedā€: dusting and cleaning all surfaces, sweep, mop and vacuum flooring, deep clean of bathrooms and kitchen, interior window cleaning (as long as not too high). I do my best to make exteriors shine. If fridge or other cleaning is needed please feel free to ask. **I do not use heavy chemicals to clean oven interior so I typically do not do this service unless it’s light duty.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I typically charge a flat rate and only finish when job is complete. For most spaces it’s $150-200 for one time or recurring. For move out or deep cleaning anywhere from $300-500 depending on size of place and scope of work

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Communicate needs via Thumbtack messaging then seeing the space to determine wants/needs. Or if it’s one time clean then just communicating well via phone or messaging.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
15 years as a dental assistant taught me a lot about cleanliness and order, cross contamination

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our dental office couldn’t find right fit for weekly cleaner so I took it on because I knew exactly how myself and our team liked way things are done. Then I figured I would expand my business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I do a super detailed cleaning once a week at dental office I work for. I know how important cleanliness is to represent your business well. It’s a reflection of your company

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I am fond of all projects I do. Any clean I do whether it’s a move out, one time or recurring I am proud of my accomplishment

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
You could go by a lot of things such as reviews, etc. but you have to just go with your gut and see if the provider aligns with your needs. Be prepared to pay appropriately. Deep cleaning is hard work and if you expect it to be done right, expect to pay a fair rate.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What rooms exactly need done. What is the budget and time expected to complete task
