What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

No, I don't. We work by the job, and the price that I charge to do a house cleaning, will be the same price no matter how long it takes. I don't like the idea to work by the hour because I don't like the idea of feeling that my workers should slow down their job to make their money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is that as soon I contact them I ask if I'm able to stop by for a walk through, because that way we can built a confidence between each other and I'll be able to give them a fair quote for bought of us. When I talk about confidence, it is important to be able to see who you're hiring to work in your home, and for us, to know exactly what are their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I think I have learned everything there is to learn about my field. Now, I just always seek the best employees and products.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After many years in the industry I wanted to create a business of my own, one that would give detailed attention and serve clients needs more fully. Copacabana Cleaning is that-dream-come true!

What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common type of job we do is regular weekly and bi-weekly cleaning.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent job I started doing which I am proud of is a vacation home located in Edmonds. It's a busy home and sometimes we only have a couple hours between guest checking in and out to get in there and make it look nice for the next guest!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First thing I would say is to be honest about the job you provide; respect your customer's needs, and do the job for your customer the same way that you would like to have someone cleaning your own home. Try your best to be on time with your customer's requests, to answer as quickly as you can their texts, their emails and phone calls.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish they knew how happy and satisfied they will be with our work even before they hire us :).
