What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

First I have a 3 person team, I have licensed and insurance I always like to know the square foot of the house based on that a give an estimate and can always offer a DISCOUNT

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Always introduce my self and my company, when I receive a call from a new costumer I explain all what my service included, after that if it’s what they looking for I set up an appointment to meet in person each other and walk around the house and give them an a FREE estimate.

My education on this business it’s what I learn since I started working for a cleaning company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for a house cleaning company I work with them for 10 years. After that I decided to open my house cleaning business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently my team and I work in a first time cleaning project, we do the project in 4 hours after that the client decided to having us for regular service every other week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always look for quality if you don’t see quality with the cleaning service in your house. Sorry but you loss your money.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If they only looking for a one time cleaning, regular cleaning, if they like the whole house cleaning or only a few areas in their house.
