What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

the prices vary according to the project. but after a short visit to check the house that is going to be cleaned it is easy to give an estimate Our prices are competitive compared with the big companies, but the quality of our work will be much better than any of them can provide.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Normally I make an appointment to visit them for a free estimate.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I start as an employee in a big company, and when I see the poor quality of cleaning service they provide, I decide to open a company which will provide an excellent cleaning service and an exceptional quality job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with so many customers, and I try to work accordingly with their needs. If they want me to use organic products I do it. If they asked me to avoid use bleach in their house then i don’t use it. Every one is different and has different needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every project is different. We just finish a house which owner has a housekeeper but she never touch any baseboard, window shields or doors for years,after we finished with the cleaning, it looks like a different house. She decide to hire us after she saw what we did. It took many hours but the results were exceptional.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I suggest them to check the ratings, If they are looking for a quality job, there is no better way to find a good pro than checking the rating and profile, to be see what people said about them and their work. Hire the cheeper one is not always the best choice.
