We can work with a flat fee for regular service based on the square footage.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to have an interview with the client so we learn how s/he likes his/her house cleaned.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Marcelo started the company while attending college. It was first a way of paying his college tuition and then it became a passion. Janice joined Four Seasons Professional Cleaning, Inc. after graduation from Portland State University in Marketing and Management.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Each client is unique and we like the uniqueness of each client and that is why we customized our service to fulfill her/his needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure anyone that the company that you are hiring conducts criminal background checks, runs DMV screening, verify references, check business license and insurance information.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You should be specific on what type of service that you want. Is this a move out? Deep cleaning? Post Construction? Recurring service? Do you want a top to bottom cleaning? Do you want us to clean inside appliances? Do you need the inside windows and tracks cleaned? Do you want green products?
