How our process works: Describe us your vision and our design experts will guide you through a structured process to assess initial feasibility, identify potential project risks and propose methods of optimizing the initial layout of the design. In-house CAD Drafters and 3D Visual Artists then begin collaborating to detail your project both in 2D plan files and 3D models. Live one-on-one 3D animated design sessions streamline the decision-making process and reduce design unknowns. Feasibility assessments are offered throughout the process, ensuring that projects are organized and completed efficiently. Types of Projects we typically undertake: (Residential) Custom Residences, Renovations & Additions, Accessory Structures, ADU / JADU (California,) and Condominium renovations. (Commercial) Apartment Complexes, Mixed-Use Developments, Retail Spaces, Warehouses, Hotels & Restaurants. Our team believes in offering standardized pricing wherever possible with a preference for Quality over Quantity. All projects will present bespoke elements, some of which will require additional detail. We conduct thorough due diligence on each project to ensure minimal surprises throughout the process. As such, our estimates are custom to your project to ensure that you are provided the most efficient and comprehensive pricing structure.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Process Outline: Step 1: Assess the project, discuss the vision, and confirm priorities. Step 2: Determine the best strategy for achieving the vision Step 3: Confirm a Scope of Work and Agreement Step 4: Begin the project! Our team is well-equipped to guide first-time business-owners, renovators and developers. We provide additional expertise, educational resources and tracking tools to ensure that you are properly guided throughout the process.
