What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is cost effective. Each customer is different and have different requirements. We will discuss your total requirement and then provide you with a proposal if needed. We charge by the project and never by the hour. We do offer discounts for packages that are purchased with our company. We do offer discounts for non profit organizations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love new customers! We first welcome our new clients will a 15 min phone call to discuss their project and vision. We then work up an outline for the customer so that he/she is aware of the expectations from our team. We want to see our new customer happy. We believe in creating long term relationships with our customers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a very diverse team with over 20 years of total web development and logo design experience. We are passionate about what we do. We have created websites and logos for all major industries. We have created over 300 website and logos.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was introduced to web design through work. I’ve always had a passion for technology and for helping people. I LOVE what I do. I enjoy being able to assist business owners with the growth of their business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the most recent projects that I was most fond of was creating a Website for a hairstylist. It was interesting because I was challenged to come up with a very unique layout for her. It took me a two weeks to complete the project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would make sure to check out the providers website. I am a firm believer that you can tell a lot about how creative and effective an organization is by reviewing it.
