I specialize in a variety of cuisine types such as Soul Food, American, Seafood, Creole/Cajun, Mexican, Italian, BBQ, and Jamaican; and, cater to specific lifestyles that suit vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans, elderly clients, as well as kids. My passion is tasty food at a healthy pace. I believe the foods we enjoy can always be made healthier and yet still tasteful.
