Yes, my pricing is on the menus, but every job is unique so the pricing is flexible and affordable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First to build a trust with the customer by communicating clearly, about the service, food quality and pricing, delivery time, my culinary background. Being available for any questions or concerns they may have. I always offer food samples if desired.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the restaurant/ catering business for 30 years. managing corporate and individually owned restaurants as well as chef training. I have trained over 100 cooks and catering chefs through my own business of 20 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started my career bartending, then managing restaurants, which led to chef training and eventually worked as a catering chef and restaurant/ catering proprietor for the past 20 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Corporate customers and families with individual needs for all types of catered food and events. Just about every type customer, for company meetings and celebrations, wedding/baby showers, birthdays, memorials, barbeques, holiday meals and parties and just about everything where great food and service is requested.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our Holiday Meals! We are going into our 20th year serving Thanksgiving meals to our corporate clients and our family customers. We usually serve three to four thousand buffet style meals throughout the Thanksgiving season.
