What a customer should know about my pricing is that it’s a competitive market and I love to serve so more than likely I’ll do my best to give the lowest quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process for working with a new customer is first off I don’t have customers I have family members so I typically like to make them feel like family.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been cooking for 20 years and I have a degree in culinary arts and business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this kind of work was my mom was our family reunion coordinator and she was to busy to cook so my brother and I always done the cooking and that started for me at around age 10.and the rest is history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The type of customers I’ve worked with varies but the one thing they all have been is Awesome .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project I am fond of is on March 2nd I did my brothers wife birthday party there were 125 people there and I got it all done in one day it took 10 hrs .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Advice I can give someone hiring someone in my area of work is talk to them and ask about the story behind the picture of the dish they’re showing.
