What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer premium grazing table experiences with set pricing based on your specific needs. Our pricing reflects the quality of fresh, carefully sourced ingredients and elegant presentation. We do not offer discounts, as we maintain consistent high standards for all our events.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by understanding your complete vision for the grazing table experience. We discuss important details like the desired style and presentation, whether you'd like floral bouquet additions, and any dietary considerations including food allergies, vegan, or vegetarian preferences. This allows me to create a custom experience that perfectly matches your needs and vision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My culinary journey began with extensive hospitality experience, from family restaurants to 5-star boutique hotels. As the founder of a certified California farmers market and owner of Wild & Tame garden design company, I bring deep knowledge of farm-to-table ingredients. This background ensures every grazing table features the freshest, highest-quality ingredients sourced directly from local producers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My culinary heritage began with my grandmother, a Le Cordon Bleu pastry chef, who taught me the arts of baking and cooking. She instilled in me the importance of using fresh ingredients from her own garden, where I learned to harvest and appreciate quality ingredients from an early age. This foundation, combined with years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, led me to create Feast with Fiore, where I serve clients who value fresh ingredients and appreciate the artistry of a beautifully presented grazing experience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in serving clients who value quality and artistry in their entertaining. My ideal customers appreciate the beauty of fresh ingredients and floral elements, understanding that a grazing table is more than just food—it's about creating an enchanting atmosphere for their guests. I work with hosts who want to make their events memorable through thoughtfully curated presentations that combine culinary excellence with visual appeal. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a special celebration, my clients share a desire to offer their guests an elevated, beautiful dining experience.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently created an abundant fall harvest grazing experience for 125 guests. Working with our sister company Wild & Tame Garden Design, we incorporated fresh-picked herbs and edible flowers throughout the display. The grazing table featured a stunning seasonal arrangement of dahlias and chrysanthemums as the centerpiece, while the food design showcased our signature style with artisanal cheeses, cured meats, fresh and dried fruits, garden-fresh crudités, and house-made dips garnished with edible flowers from our gardens. The beauty of our grazing tables is that clients can trust our expertise in design and execution - we handle everything from styling to seasonal menu selection, creating an effortless yet memorable experience
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When choosing a grazing table provider, look for someone who prioritizes both presentation and ingredient quality. Ask to see their portfolio of past events and inquire about their sourcing practices. A great provider should be willing to discuss your vision in detail, accommodate dietary restrictions, and demonstrate understanding of food safety practices. Consider their experience with events of your size and style. Most importantly, ensure they share your appreciation for creating a beautiful, memorable experience that goes beyond just serving food.
