What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are willing to work with you on making your event amazing. Things we can do to save you money is we own tables and chairs and beautiful props that often time we can give you for free or at a discounted rate depending on your event.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are happy to sit down with you over coffee and customize your event to your exact specifications.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

UCSB and USC and thousands of hours of real work in the trenches making amazing food.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Very simple most catering food is not that good. So after going to hundreds of wedding and parties and thinking wow everything here is amazing except the food we decided to do it MUCH better than the others and we do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have done studio parties for 500 people and small intimate backyard events. We have done big weddings and bar mitzvah parties as well as 50th birthday parties and work events.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a major TV show wrap party for HBO and it was not only beautiful looking but the food was amazing. We cannot stress enough food should take amazing and look just as good.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To us its all about how amazing the food can be with in how it tastes and how it looks. So ask them to show you how the food will be set up. It should look beautiful. Also, make sure that there is a good chef onsite.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure you have an idea of what you want your event to feel like. Do you want something fancy or do you want something that feels like an elevated backyard party. You should make sure that the professionals you are hiring and make your dream event come true. Make sure you see what they can offer and do not be shy to ask them what discount they can offer.
