Worked in the industry for almost 20 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our parents first introduced us into the world of catering when they opened Lopiano’s Catering in 1989. Growing up working in the industry for 20 years was a once in a life time opportunity. We hope to bring the same quality of food and experience to the table that they did.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Just about every type there is.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did an outdoor wedding for about 100 people. It went off without a hitch, the client was extremely happy which is the most important thing in this line of work, it was simple yet elegant. The setting was beautiful and the couple was very easy to work with. We did a two entree buffet with carved beef, and our chef rocked it! The entire event just worked and it was one of the best weddings I have ever done.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions, the more information you have the better the experience will be.

What is your budget? Your budget will help you decide the things that are most important.
