I like to gather all pertinent information including a budget. Next I like to have a signed contract with my customer to guarantee their date and time for the function.

I am a graduate of Prince George's Community College culinary program

How did you get started doing this type of work?

By operating a restaurant with my father 6 years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have serviced everybody from children to the elderly. We accommodate small intimate date nights to corporate events.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I actually enjoy meeting ALL of my new customers..they have all been amazing!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Choose a business that is personable reasonable,friendly and willing to do a tasting.

What their budget is and what type of cuisine they would like.
