What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first allow the guest to visit our website if they haven’t already, to see the food choice items, pricing and fees. The website is designed for guest to be able to calculate all pricing without having to wait for an estimate. Once you see the food items you like and you’ve calculated approximately how much you’d spend, we can begin talking about your event details. The more details the better! Once the details are set and the menu is set, we will then send over an invoice with everything listed from location to pricing to taxes and fees. Throughout this process, feel free to contact us at ANY time! We love to talk with our guests!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Food has always been apart of life for us. Growing up in NY around tons of different chefs and cuisines made it easy to understand what GOOD food taste like. We told ourselves that we’d love to share this food experience with each and every guest we serve.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with all different types of guest. Whether you want a nice comforting dinner on a tight budget or a luxury fantasy meal that you’ve always wanted, we work with everyone!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We’ve recently hosted a Father’s Day Brunch for the Father’s in Central Florida. It was wonderful! We called it “Brunch & Booze”. Eating some of our brunch favorites while drinking fruity unlimited mimosas, was definitely an experience!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We encourage everyone to shop around and ask a lot of questions. This is your event and you want it to be as close to perfect as can be. There are many talented chefs and caterers who offer different food items and packages. Please take the time to find a chef who will make your visions come to life.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We think customers should take time to really figure out a budget. Knowing how much you want to spend makes the process easier.
