Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing varies by service and customization. A 50% deposit is required to book, and some orders may include rush or design fees. I don’t offer discounts, but I always deliver high-quality results.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I start with a quick consultation to understand your vision, needs, and budget. Then I create a custom proposal, and once it’s approved, I handle everything—from prep to presentation—so you can enjoy a smooth, stress-free experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I studied pastry arts at Kendall College in Chicago and have over 15 years of hands-on experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, and catering. I’ve trained under top chefs, led pastry teams, and stay sharp through continuous learning, industry trends, and real-world execution—including appearances on the Food Network.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got my started in Chicago, inspired by my grandmother’s baking and cooking. That passion led me to professional kitchens, where I worked my way up through restaurants and hotels—eventually landing roles as an executive pastry chef, Food Network contestant, and now founder of Sweet Revolution in South Florida.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from celebrities and luxury brands to private event hosts, brides, corporate teams, and fellow chefs. Whether it’s an intimate brunch or a high-end gala, I tailor every detail to fit the client’s vision.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently collaborated with a good friend of mine who’s currently a contestant on Top Chef. He invited me to help with a high-profile event at the Eden Roc Hotel, where he was the featured chef. The event took place on the beach and focused on using fresh, local South Florida ingredients. We completed all the prep in just one day, and the final result was a beautiful, seamless celebration of local flavor and culinary artistry.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Know your vision, but stay open to creativity. The more details you share—your theme, guest count, vibe, and preferences—the more I can personalize your experience. Trust the process and my expertise; I’m here to bring your ideas to life with flavor, style, and precision. Whether it’s a luxe brunch, an elegant dessert table, or a custom cake, collaboration and clear communication always lead to the best results.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Have your event date, guest count, theme or style, budget, and any dietary needs in mind. It helps us create a custom experience just for you
