How did you get started doing this type of work?

At our company we love the hospital industry and food. I guest that we start in kindergarten, lol. Kidding aside, at a professional level, we started in south beach at the former Hotel Cardozo back in 2002.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Birthdays and gatherings of 30 people or more, Outdoor events of 120 or more, Events in excess of 150 guests, VIP parties of 500 guests or more!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Corporate catering, we feed 40 people in under 30 minutes. We use our charcoal grill For that project we sent our chef with his assistant. Another one was, an outdoor event, we feed 120 people within 2 hours. We use 2 grills and we sent 3 chefs and 2 asistants.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customers should ask for insurance, certifications, and licenses. There are companies that are licensed and others that do not take the time and effort on getting licensed, insured, and certified.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should understand that we can work around any budget. So, they should know how many guests and what is an approximated budget.
