Our Motto is: We Cater to You!!! We pride ourselves in catering to everyone and trying our best to fit their needs, whether big or small.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First and foremost, getting to know what the needs of the customers are and dive into how we can meet those needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated with a Culinary Degree from Le Cordon Bleu. After graduation, I worked with several Restaurant Corporations before making the decision to start my own business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at my Mother's hip as a little boy watching her cook. That is where my passion for cooking started. I've been in this industry for over 20 yrs, and wouldn't change a thing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all types of customers. I cater to everyone. I am here to serve, and I love every minute of it!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, I've been getting out into my community, cooking and catering for those who were willing to patronize my business. The most gratifying part of it all is getting to interact with those in my community and networking. Most of all to see them come back again and again not only because of the food but the great customer service. It took about two weeks to build lasting relationships in my community. Next step, is giving back!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The customer should absolutely talk to their potential vendor to see if they are the right fit for them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should definably think about what their Budget is. That way a menu can be customized to cater to their needs.
