How did you get started doing this type of work?

Collectively, we have spent more than 150 years in off-premise catering, culinary arts, & hotels. Our founder, Vincent Marra, began working in his family's catering operation at 8 years of age.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently handled a corporate picnic for 2,700 guests with bands, 8 food trucks, & gaming. This project took 8 months to put together, was a smashing success. & provide awesome challenges in logistics as well as culinary creativity.
