What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a self taught chef for the most part . I received my certifications at roberti culinary pathway to work in any kitchen. I have work in 3 upscale hotel as cook and learned different cooking methods to better my crafts for myself and also for my client.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I quit my job at the hotel and wanted to start my own business as a chef. I always had a love for cooking and I wanted to step out on my own and feed people and show them what great food taste like.

I have worked with personal trainers, directors for schools, Homeless shelter administrators, pastors of churches and police departments

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

i'am fond of cooking for the homeless shelter. It was amazing to give back and feed people in need of food.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a chef that fits what your needs and that you are comfortable with. A chef isnt just a person who prepares food in your home but they become apart of you and the experience you trying to showcase at your event.
