At Woops!, we keep things simple and personalized: Discovery: We start by learning about your needs — whether it’s for client gifting, a wedding, or a corporate event. We can work with budgets, themes, or specific ideas you have in mind. Proposal & Recommendations: We suggest the best options from our collection — including gift boxes, macaron pyramids, or favor sets — and share a pricing sheet, customization options, and timelines. Customization (if requested): For bulk or branded orders, we offer custom sleeves, logos, ribbons, and cards. You’ll get a digital mock-up for approval before production. Order & Fulfillment: Once the order is confirmed, we handle everything — packaging, labeling, and delivery. Most local orders are ready within 3–5 business days. Follow-Up: We check in to make sure you (and your recipients) are thrilled, and help set up repeat or seasonal gifting if needed.

One of our favorite recent projects was creating custom macaron favor boxes for a spring wedding in Newport, RI. The couple wanted a pastel color palette to match their floral theme, and we worked with them to design a custom sleeve and greeting card for each guest box. We produced 120 favor boxes (each with 2 macarons), color-matched the macaron shells, and tied each one with a golden ribbon. From first inquiry to delivery, the project took about 2 weeks, including design approval and production time. The couple and planner were thrilled — and it ended up being one of the most shared elements of the wedding on social media!
