Hello everyone! I’m a talented Cordon Bleu trained Chef from Paris with 11 years of experience as a sous chef for a Celebrity Chef and James Beard award winner. Cooking is my passion and obsession. I take pride in creating excellence in my dishes so that every bite evokes joy and delight for everyone. I’m also here to create high quality gourmet meals at affordable prices so that everyone can experience the luxury of having a 5 star Chef cook in your kitchen. I specialize in diverse cuisines including French, Italian, Mediterranean, American and Southern Soul food, all of which are bursting with bright flavors inspired by Thai/japanese flavors as well for an extra creative touch. I can make all the classic American dishes and my specialty is Pasta. I’m also an expert in gluten-free, vegetarian, and can work with any dietary restrictions. Most of my ingredients are organic and locally sourced, and most importantly I can ensure that every dish requested is the best you’ve ever tasted. After graduating from the Wharton School of Business, I decided to launch my own private chef/catering business with the help of a local Celebrity Chef and many well known Chefs around the world. My name is Sanders Nicolas, originally from Haiti. My love for cooking came from a very young age. From watching my mother cooking, and feeding everyone in the neighborhood to being stock in my sister's house in Miami alone and had no choice but to cook myself something to eat to survive. I have been in the food business for 15 years, I started as a dishwasher and worked my way up all the way to the Catering Manager position. I filled up all the positions in between from the back to the front of the house. Today I am a senior sous-chef for a major company in America and I started my private chef movement when Covid-19 hit back in 2020. From sitting at home not doing nothing, to ask God what can I do to keep me busy. As a son of His, He asked me what can I do, and I answered cook, and He said oh well do what you do best and have fun with it. I have been doing this for 2 years now and I am loving every second out of it. I have a solid team, certified and determined as I am. We love putting a smile in our clients face. Our food speaks for itself. We believe in reliable services and food that will make think of it months later. I cook every style in the book, I have absolutely no limit of culture, and I think it's my biggest advantage.
