An in person meeting or schedule a Call in meeting to understand your vision preference, dietary needs and budget. menu proposal At which time you will receive a customized menu with pricing options. Booking and Deposit once agreed secures your date with remaining Balance due prior to event. Final we confirm headcount, delivery/pickup/ or any last minutes changes 7-10 days before event
