I graduated top of my class at Auguste Escoffier, so I guess I can cook up a storm. I'm also a certified food handler and ServSafe certified, so you can relax and enjoy the deliciousness knowing everything's safe and sound.
Plus, I spend my days sharing my culinary knowledge as a college professor, so I can cater to all skill levels, from curious beginners to seasoned foodies.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Food has always been my love language. Watching my grandma cook for the family and seeing the joy it brought (both for her and us) sparked something special in me. Guess you could say cooking good food and making people happy is in my DNA!

My most heartwarming project lately was giving away turkeys for the holidays to folks who couldn't afford a full feast. Seeing the smiles on their faces was truly rewarding. I also donate chef services to some awesome organizations through auctions. The time commitment varies depending on the project, but it's always worth it to give back!
